" Le Variétés " is located on the ground-floor of the Flagey “Paquebot” and is perfectly integrated at the “Art Déco” style of the former I.N.R, the Belgian broadcasting station built in the thirties. The walls covered with zebrano, an African wood is well in the spirit of the original designers. Light floods in through the large bay windows an attract an international clientele. From each corner of the L shaped restaurant, one has a view and an eye upon the superb spit roaster and the unceasing ballet of the cooks. And everybody knows we never get enough of the cookers show!
